The project birth
Jean-Baptiste est le créateur de la Place des algues. Il plonge dans l’algue en 2013 en dirigeant un site industriel d’extraction. Depuis, en s’investissant à la Chambre Syndicale des Algues, il vous explique comment est arrivée cette idée de créer un outil de filière qui rapproche récoltants et acheteurs.
